Cushioning: Soft! Contains the new Boost cushioning, which is much softer and more responsive than the old EVA foam.

I say: I love Adidas' new Boost cushioning. You could make a flip flop out of this cushy material and I would be caught wearing it. The cushioning is made up of individual foam pieces that are welded together to create a much softer and responsive ride. As for the shoe, I remember the supernova sequence 5 and I hated that shoe. In full honesty, a lot of people did. The old cushioning was not soft, the fit was off, and the shoe was just not the greatest shoe out there. The new Supernova Glide 6 is a step in the right direction for Adidas. The cushioning is soft, like I said earlier, but not too soft. The fit is a nice hold around the foot, and the interior does not have too prominent of an arch. Another feature to this shoe is the sole. Adidas has continental rubber on the sole of the shoe, (yes the tire company), which provides a 21% better grip in dry conditions and 23% better traction in wet. Great shoe.
