I intend on telling you about the structure and feel of the shoe and giving my opinion. Take it as you may.*** Nike Flyknit Lunar 3: Category: Neutral high cushion  Fit: Socklike around the entire foot. The flyknit upper hugs the foot and contours to the shape. Pretty comfortable. I did absolutely no type of exercise all throughout high school. Once I began college, I began to work out on my own so I wouldn't gain the Freshman 15. One of my close friends at the time, Emma Gitomer, had done Coe XC and she was also on the track team. She talked and talked and eventually persuaded me to go out for XC the next fall. Freezefest 5k

So let's talk about Freezefest. I know that many people are hesitant to run races during the cold weather months because training can be difficult. I will tell you, even if you haven't trained much, go and sign up for Freezefest next year! It really is a blast and there are so many people there to cheer you along. Walkers and runners are welcomed to this 5k in the winter, and its something for everyone. It is somewhat of a party.  So about the course, it is an out and back and out and back course. What do I mean? From the starting point, you go out about 3 quarters of a mile, then turn around, go past the starting line, then out to another point, then to the finish line.
